By purchasing an event, trip, or guide, the experiencer acknowledges Sambapita\u2019s policies and agrees to abide by them within the scope of this agreement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Scheduled Event Details:<\/strong> The experiencer has selected a scheduled event offered via Sambapita. Experiencer must update payment information promptly if necessary.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><br \/>Declined Payment:<\/strong> If payment is declined, a courtesy email will be sent. Experiencer must utilize mandatory travel insurance for refunds.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Refund Policy:<\/strong> A 100% refund (less processing fees) is available within seven (7) days of booking, provided the trip start date is more than six (6) months away.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Payment Disputes:<\/strong> Experiencer agrees not to file payment disputes or chargebacks.
